Following a year at her local Winchester School of Art where she specialized in Photography and Textile Art, Charlotte Hosmer went on to graduate from University College London with a BA in Italian and Design including two years at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
   Hosmer now works between Britain and Italy as a photographer and designer.

   The art theorist Osip Brik once wrote that 'the photographer captures life and the painter makes pictures' - In her work Hosmer does both, exploring her subjects and composing them within the frame of the camera lens to create atmospheric, intriguing or simply charming images.
